Residents of local mobile home parks to receive home repairs

The proprietor of two nearby mobile household parks are organizing restore initiatives for residents who are in need of updates to their properties.

Effects is the operator and operator for Cedar Mountain Village positioned on W. Very first St., and Lamplighter Estates situated on W. Third St. in Craig.

In August, Impact Treatment, a division of the corporation, will be spending six weeks in Craig meeting with people and doing community creating.



The project workforce will also do repairs on residents’ residences who are in need to have. According to Effects Neighborhood Manager Valerie Moralez, the inhabitants whose households will be receiving repairs are generally one dad and mom, veterans and aged residents. 

Affect Care Task Supervisor Tory Wilson reported the job requirements are all identified in the neighborhood. Wilson said that asking citizens to nominate tasks for their neighbors, provides the local community the really feel that all people is seeking out for each individual other.



Repairs will consist of mobile household skirting, deck repairs, replacing siding, and yard function. There is no price to the people for the upgrades, the do the job is all done free of charge of cost.

There will be task days at Cedar Mountain Village on Saturday, Aug. 13, and at Lamplighter Estates on Saturday, Aug. 27. Affect Cares will obtain all of the materials and will get area volunteers to support with these projects. 

There are already a number of companies in the local community that have stepped ahead to volunteer for this celebration including, High Velocity Cheer, YoungLife, the Journey Church, and some people today in the local community who are just seeking to appear out and lend a hand.
